#15 Gothic Revival Lithography Machine

Lithography Machine, McFulloch & Co, Glasgow, 1842, National Archives (BT42/6-N°108), London

While le patent is linked to the machine itself and its technique rather than its look, it is interesting to note that the design incorporates some gothic elements. This machine illustrates the trend in machinery to have some fashionable motifs especially gothic motifs as a token quality.
